Hostaway Integration

We're excited to introduce Aeve's partnership with Hostaway! Aeve AI’s integration helps property managers streamline operations, automate guest communication, and improve efficiency. With AI-driven instant responses and automation, you’ll save time, enhance guest satisfaction, and increase positive reviews. Follow the steps below to connect your Hostaway account.

1). Sign Up or Log In to Aeve If you don’t have an account, go to Aeve Sign Up to create one.

2). Log in to Hostaway Dashboard Access your Hostaway account by logging in at Hostaway.com.

3). Locate Aeve on the Marketplace Visit dashboard.hostaway.com/v3/marketplace/aeve_ai or Navigate to the Marketplace within your Hostaway Dashboard and search for Aeve.

4). Connect to Aeve Click the Connect button.

5). Create Your Public API Key In the pop-up that appears, click Create. A window will display your new Account ID and API Key. Keep this window open.

6). Copy Your Credentials Copy the Account ID from the pop-up by clicking the clipboard icon. Then, go to Aeve Settings and paste it into the Aeve Account ID field. Next, return to Hostaway, copy the API Key, and paste it into the Aeve API Key field.

7). Select Your Listings Click Connect to sync all your listings into Aeve. Choose either All listings or select the specific properties to activate.

8). Start Your Trial Click Start Trial to securely provide your payment details via Stripe and begin your free trial.
